The business is not tied to Portugal, and it is not tied to the Isle of Man either. It runs online, from wherever there is a decent connection — and there is a fast one at the house. That is not a detail. It is the mechanism the whole thing turns on.

The revenue is recurring. Clients pay by subscription, many of them have done for over a decade, and the money arrives whether we spent the morning at a desk or up a ladder picking fruit. Fifteen years of quiet, unglamorous, word-of-mouth growth built that, and last year it was rebuilt around an AI system that now handles most of the repetitive work.

Which is why the days are as free as they are — and why what we are really handing over is not a workload at all.

We will ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we go into detail about the business, its clients or its figures. That protects the clients as much as it protects us, and you’d want the same in our position.
We are not in a hurry, and we would rather wait for the right person than push it through with the wrong one.
